Katie Fanelli is an accomplished professional in sales operations and strategic advisory, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Global Sales Operations at NinjaOne since September 2025. In addition, Katie founded Incrementum Growth Management Consulting in March 2020, offering fractional leadership and advisory services to VC firms and SaaS companies. Previous roles include Director of Go-To-Market Operations at BigID, Strategy & Operations Lead at DeltaSift, and multiple positions at Tanium, culminating in Sr. Manager of Global Customer Success Operations.
