Mike Arrowsmith

Michael Arrowsmith is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Trust Officer at NinjaOne since January 2022, Michael previously held significant positions including Head of Information Security at Guardant Health and Senior Director of Information Security at Splunk. At Splunk, Michael led the Cyber Security Program and chaired the Security Council, while successfully streamlining the IT Security team and expanding the Cyber Security team significantly. Michael's career also includes roles at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory as a Sr. Systems and Network Associate and at ReServe Interactive as a Systems Administrator. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from San Jose State University.
