Rahardian Satria Wardani is an experienced professional with a strong background in observability engineering and operational management. Currently serving as Observability Engineers Lead at NinjaOne since June 2025, Rahardian previously held the position of Observability Engineer [NOC] Lead at Dropsuite from December 2023 to August 2025 and has extensive experience as a Lead Technical Support Engineer at Xtremax from August 2017 to October 2023.
