Vindana Warusavithana

Vindana Warusavithana is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of Web at NinjaOne since June 2025. Prior to this, Vindana held several senior roles at Dropsuite, including Senior Manager of Design, Design Manager, and Senior UI UX Designer from August 2016 to July 2025. Vindana's expertise encompasses user research, usability testing, design system maintenance, and mentoring junior designers. Notable previous positions include Lead UI/UX Designer at Hatcher and Senior UI UX Designer roles at Dropmysite and GRC-Systems, along with a foundational career as a UI Engineer at DirectFN Sri Lanka. Vindana holds a BSc in Information Technology from SLIIT and a BSc in Biological Science from the University of Ruhuna.
