Robin Jedhammar has extensive experience in esports team management, currently serving as the Head of Team Operations at Ninjas in Pyjamas since June 2017, after holding positions including Senior Team Operations Manager and Team Manager for both Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Dota2, as well as General Manager for League of Legends. Prior to this role, Robin worked as Team Manager for League of Legends at Misfits Gaming Group for a brief period in early 2017 and held the same position at H2K Gaming from April 2014 to February 2016, as well as at Cloud9 Esports, Inc. from December 2013 to April 2014. Educationally, Robin attended Jacobsskolan, earning a Gymnasium degree in Chef school from August 2011 to June 2014.

We are Ninjas in Pyjamas, probably the world's most legendary esports team. Born in 2000 with Counter-Strike in our blood, we have pioneered the esports scene since its inception. We earned our stripes by competing at the very top level across almost a dozen game titles and we never lose — we only win or learn. Back then, esports was barely a thing. Today, it's a fast growing global industry. That didn't happen because we visionaries stuck to conventional wisdom. It happened because we decided to change the game.
