Michael Velten

Michael Velten has held various roles in the technology industry since 1999. Michael began their career at CSC Consulting as a Staff Consultant, where they developed and maintained SAP reporting schedules and led the design and development of an SAP Operations Intranet Web site. In 2002, they were contracted by IBM as a consultant, where they were the only CSC team member retained to assist IBM in the transfer of duties. Michael then moved to BankOne Corporation in 2003 as a Global Technology Engineer, where they were hired to assist in the creation of an internal consultant group. From 2004 to 2012, they worked at JPMorgan Chase, where they designed and managed leading edge event-based scheduling solutions and performed software infrastructure tasks. During this time, they also worked at Walsh Commercial Hedging Services as a Commodity Hedge Broker, Patak Trading Partners, LLC as a Futures Trader, and ISN Education, LLC as a Sales Team Lead. In 2014, they joined CDW-G as an Account Manager, and in 2015, they became a Team Lead - Inside Sales at NinjaTrader Group, LLC.

Michael Velten completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame in 1999. Michael then went on to pursue their Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science from DePaul University, which they completed in 2007.
