Jeff Slater

Jeff Slater has over 25 years of experience in the business world. Jeff began their career in 1991 as Vice President of Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS at The Pillsbury Company, a subsidiary of Diageo. In 1993, they moved to Diageo Plc as Vice President of Human Resources. In 1996, they founded International Strategy and Consulting and served as President. In 1998, they founded Executive DataBank.com, a databank of executive compensation and company performance metrics for the high technology industry. In 2003, they joined Dunkin Brands as Vice President of Human Resources. In 2008, they became Executive Vice President of People at SSGL. In 2009, they returned to International Strategy and Consulting as Founder and President. In 2013, they co-founded IS&C Technologies LLC. In 2014, they co-founded Ninkatek ACB LLC, a software platforms, services, and support company for craft brewers, independent distributors, and alcohol retailers of all kinds. In 2018, they co-founded MilServ ACD Corp, a majority veteran-owned professional delivery business for the B2B alcohol industry.

Jeff Slater attended State University of New York College at Oswego from 1977 to 1981, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Jeff then attended Cornell University from 1981 to 1983, but did not complete their degree in ILR.
