Tom Webber

Tom Webber currently serves as Vice Chairman at Ninkatek, a position held since June 2016. Previously, Tom held the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Boston Scientific from January 2007 to May 2010 and was a Board Member at the Human Resources Leadership Forum from January 2002 to December 2009. Tom has extensive experience in human resources, with notable positions including Vice President of Human Resources at Procter & Gamble, specifically for The Gillette Company, from 1985 to 2006. Earlier in Tom's career, a role as a Compensation Analyst was held at Brigham and Women's Hospital from 1979 to 1981. Tom Webber completed education at the Boston College Carroll School of Management between 1984 and 1986.
