Jim Dorman is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system administration and data center operations. Currently serving as a System Administrator at Nintendo since January 2016, Jim has also held roles at Nintendo of America Inc with similar responsibilities. Prior to that, Jim worked at Amazon as a Data Center Tech, where skills included supporting both physical and virtual servers, and troubleshooting hardware issues. Additional experience includes positions at Children's Hospital Seattle, Lincoln Bay, Microsoft, and various roles in customer care and technical support. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Washington State University and has completed various technical training programs, including a CCNA class.
