Ryan Maassen

Ryan Maassen has a diverse work experience. Ryan began their career in 2009 at Walmart as a Shop Supervisor and Inventory Management Supervisor. In 2017, they moved to Experitec Inc. as a Helpdesk Technician and IT Support Intern. Currently, they are an IT Support Lead at Equum Medical, a position they have held since 2022. During their time at Walmart, they were successful in increasing efficiency, customer service, and quality of work, leading to a 25% sales increase.

Ryan Maassen began their education at Kaskaskia College in 2011, where they earned an Associate's Degree. Ryan then attended Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville from 2014 to 2017, where they received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Computer Management and Information Systems.
