Venus C. currently serves as a Human Resources Advisor at Nintendo, where responsibilities encompass the entire employment lifecycle, performance management, payroll assistance, policy writing, and training coordination, among various other HR functions. Previously, Venus held roles as a Human Resources Coordinator at Nintendo and as a Human Resources Administrator at Essity, providing HR support across the APAC region. Additional experience includes internships in Human Resources at the Australian Genome Research Facility and RedR Australia, as well as a Human Resources Assistant position at Schnitz, where significant projects included implementing an Employee Assistance Program and a Scholarship Program. Venus holds a Graduate Diploma in Employment and Labour Relations Law, a Master’s Degree in Human Resources, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Media and Communications, all from the University of Melbourne.
