Ateesha Gersch

Ateesha Gersch has extensive work experience in various roles within the human resources field. Ateesha is currently the Senior Learning and Development Lead at Nintex, where they are responsible for developing and maintaining the internal learning curriculum for managers globally. Prior to this, they held the position of HR Manager ANZ at Nintex, where they were responsible for HR business partnership and executing HR initiatives. Ateesha also worked as a Human Resources Generalist and HR Coordinator at Nintex, gaining experience in different aspects of HR. Before joining Nintex, they worked as an Area Sales Manager at Seed Heritage and as an Area Manager for Australia and New Zealand at Ted Baker. Ateesha has also held various roles in retail, including Area Manager and Store Manager positions at KOOKAI, COS, and Sweaty Betty. Their earlier work experience includes a role as a Talent Coordinator at Jason Coleman's Ministry Of Dance.

Ateesha Gersch completed a Level 1 Certification in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership in 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificate IV of Human Resources from the Australian HR Institute from 2017 to 2018. Ateesha also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Relations/Photography from Deakin University, which they completed from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Ateesha has obtained various certifications in sales leadership, difficult conversations, developing managers, instructional design, managing technical professionals, emotional intelligence, and critical thinking from LinkedIn.
