Fred Aiken

Director of Sales at Ninth Wave

Fred Aiken has over 28 years of experience in sales and account management. Fred began their career in 1993 as an Account Manager at Medstat Group Inforum, where they were responsible for existing account development with planning and clinical departments at hospitals across the country. In 1997, they became a National Account Manager at Informa Financial Intelligence (formerly Investment Scorecard), where they were in charge of the company's top 15 revenue accounts representing over $4 million in annual revenues. Aiken then joined digiChart, Inc. in 2011 as Director of Account Management. In 2014, they became an Enterprise Account Manager at Clearwater Compliance LLC, where they were responsible for Clearwater's customer base. In 2016, they moved to Pivot Point Consulting, a Vaco Company, as a Project Manager, managing various types of projects within the CHS Interoperability Group. In 2018, they became a National Key Account Manager at Confirmation, where they were responsible for quickly and securely verifying financial data. Finally, in 2019, they joined Thomson Reuters as a National Key Account Manager, and they are currently the Director of Sales at Ninth Wave, delivering secure data connectivity to financial institutions of all sizes.

Fred Aiken obtained a BS in Finance & Economics from Lipscomb University. Fred also holds four certifications: Scrum Master Certified (SMC) and Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) from Scrum Inc., obtained in May 2019; Blockchain Basics from LinkedIn, obtained in November 2018; and Sales: Data-Driven Sales Management from LinkedIn, obtained in October 2018.
