With over 18 years as a Principal Engineer at Ninyo & Moore Geotechnical and Environmental Sciences Consultants, and over 15 years as a Principal/Regional Manager at Terracon Consultants, Inc., Brian is a registered professional engineer known for providing recommendations for various design and construction projects. Brian holds a MSCE in Geotechnical Engineering from South Dakota Mines.
