Bruce Kay

Bruce Kay is a retired Principal Engineer with extensive experience in geotechnical engineering and project management. The career spans over three decades, starting at the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) as an Engineering Geologist and later as a Geotechnical Operations Engineer. From January 1999 until retirement, Bruce served as a Principal Engineer at Ninyo & Moore, focusing on business development, overseeing ADOT projects, mentoring engineers, and reviewing technical reports.
