Emily Homan, PG, possesses extensive experience in geology, currently serving as Project Geologist and previously as Senior Staff Geologist and Staff Geologist at Ninyo & Moore Geotechnical and Environmental Sciences Consultants since 2017. Prior to this role, Emily contributed as a Research Assistant and Teaching Associate at California State University, Northridge, where responsibilities included sample preparation and instruction of geology lab courses, as well as field training for senior undergraduates. Earlier experience includes a Teaching Assistant position at Lafayette College and a Research Experience for Undergraduates project at Northern Arizona University. Emily holds a Master's degree in Geology from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor of Science in Geosciences from Lafayette College, complemented by a strong foundation in leadership and teamwork developed as the captain of a Division I women's basketball team.
