Tony Dover

Tony Dover is an accomplished Principal Engineer at Ninyo & Moore Geotechnical and Environmental Sciences Consultants, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Tony served as the Lead Site CSA Engineer and Geotechnical Subject Matter Expert at Tengizchevroil in Kazakhstan from December 2014 to June 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing field engineering during infrastructure construction. Tony's background also includes roles as a Senior Geotechnical/Civil/Structural Engineer for Tengizchevroil's Future Growth Project and Lead Site Geotechnical/Civil/Structural Engineer for Chevron Nigeria Limited's Escravos Gas-to-Liquids Plant.
