Dave Springer

Dave Springer has over 15 years of experience in various leadership roles in the insurance industry. Dave started their career at Prudential Financial in 1986 as a Manager, where they played a key role in setting up and supporting the national network of customer service offices. In 1998, they joined Legion Insurance as an Executive Vice President, with P&L responsibility for Small Business Underwriters, a Program Administrator specializing in workers' compensation insurance. In 2002, they joined AmTrust Financial as a Vice President, where they were responsible for client acquisition and sales for The Princeton Agency. Finally, in 2005, Dave joined NIP Group, Inc as the Group President and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the operations of the company.

Dave Springer attended the University of Delaware from 1982 to 1986, where they received a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in English.
