Shuvayu Das currently serves as the Assistant Manager of Sales Coordination at NIPHA GROUP, since July 2025. Prior experience includes a position as a Planning and Execution Engineer at SKIPPER LIMITED, focusing on coordinating production workflows from October 2021 to July 2025. Shuvayu also worked as an Engineer in Production Planning and Control at Oswal Industries Limited, where responsibilities included developing production schedules and optimizing resources from October 2020 to October 2021. Earlier roles include implementing ERP systems and ensuring operational excellence at Umasree Texplast Pvt. Ltd. from January 2019 to December 2020, and serving as a Marketing Executive at Wizard Marketing Pvt. Ltd. from January 2016 to December 2018. Shuvayu earned a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology in July 2019, following a High School Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from West Bengal State Council for Science and Technology in June 2015.
