Karenkueh Yiiyang

Karen Kueh Yii Yang has extensive experience in the aviation and logistics sectors, currently serving as Assistant Manager Import at NX Group (Nippon Express Group) since July 2025. Prior to this role, Karen worked in cargo sales at China Airlines for a brief period in 2025 and held the position of Senior Customer Service Manager at Pos Aviation Sdn Bhd from December 2023 to April 2025, where responsibilities included enhancing client engagement. Karen also has a history of roles focused on customer service, having served as Key Account Manager and Duty Manager at GTR and Pos Aviation Sdn Bhd, respectively, and as BA Duty Manager for British Airways during a secondment at AeroDarat. Earlier in the career, Karen worked as a Customer Service Agent at both MASwings Sdn Bhd and Malaysia Airlines.
