Nicklas Schlingensiepen

Nicklas Schlingensiepen is an accomplished leader in the logistics and air freight sectors, currently serving as General Manager of Business Process and Operations Division at NX GROUP (NIPPON EXPRESS GROUP) since May 2024, where responsibilities include driving global organizational and process transformations. Prior to joining NX GROUP, Nicklas dedicated two decades to DHL Global Forwarding, ascending through various key roles including Global Head Target Operating Model Air Freight and SVP Head of Air Freight Europe. Expertise encompasses strategic development, operational excellence, and cross-functional project management, with significant contributions to air freight workflow harmonization and the implementation of a global target operating model. Nicklas also held leadership positions in Cargo2000, promoting quality management systems within the air cargo industry. Educational achievements include a BA (Hons) in Sociology from the University of Sussex and completion of the International Baccalaureate Diploma at Kungsholmens Gymnasium in Stockholm, Sweden.
