Salija Varma

Salija Varma currently serves as the Head of Freight and Warehousing at Momentum Logistics since August 2024, and as General Manager of Sales and Operations at NIPPON EXPRESS GROUP since January 2022, with additional responsibilities as General Manager of Commercial Sales. Previously, Salija held various roles at Agility Logistics from April 2011 to December 2021, culminating in a managerial position overseeing customer service and operational excellence. Salija's career commenced at DHL Global Forwarding from December 2005 to March 2011, progressing from Sales Support Coordinator to Supervisor in Customer Support and Pricing. Other roles include Business Development Manager at Highline Shipping & Forwarding and Logistics Executive at Redington Gulf. Salija holds a Doctorate from UCAM Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia and multiple degrees in business and logistics, including a Master’s degree in International Business and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
