Prithwijit Mukherjee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and digital operations, currently serving as the Head of Customer Service & Digital Operations at Nippon India Mutual Fund since August 2022. With a significant tenure at Nippon India Mutual Fund since May 2013, Prithwijit has spearheaded customer service operations and led strategic initiatives that notably contributed to generating over 8,000 Crores in Assets Under Management (AUM) through contact center efforts. Prior to this, Prithwijit held key positions at Bharti Airtel Limited, including General Manager for Contact Experience, where leadership spanned multiple lines of business. Earlier roles also include service delivery management at ICICI Bank for NRI customers, operations management at Reliance Communications, and various positions in hotel management. Prithwijit holds a BA (Hons) in Hotel Management from The University of Huddersfield and a Diploma in Hospitality from the Institute of Hotel Management in Aurangabad.
