The Company classifies its product into three categories: white bread, sweet bread, cakes and bread flour. Its white bread and sweet bread products as well as bread flour are marketed under the brand name of Sari Roti, while its cake products are marketed under the name of Sari Cake. The products are distributed through modern markets, such as convenience stores, and traditional markets. It operates a number of manufacturing facilities in Indonesia, including those in Cikarang, Pasuruan, Semarang, Medan, Palembang and Makassar.
