Phillip A. Lavigne Jr. has more than a decade of experience in heavily regulated environments, specializing in corporate governance, contract and regulatory change management, litigation, and data privacy and cybersecurity. Phillip A. has held various leadership roles at Nippon Life Benefits, including Vice President & General Counsel, Second Vice President & General Counsel, and Assistant Vice President & Associate General Counsel.
