Gustim Prima Aditya

Gustim Prima Aditya currently serves as the Operational Excellence Assistant Manager at Nippon Paint Indonesia since December 2022. Prior to this role, Gustim held various positions at SICEPAT EKSPRES INDONESIA, including Brand Community Jr. Manager, Assistant Manager, and Account Development Specialist from August 2020 to December 2022, as well as Customer Relations Officer from January 2018 to August 2020, where responsibilities included managing 100 high-value Sicepat customers. Gustim holds a Bachelor's degree in Dutch/Flemish Language and Literature from the University of Indonesia, earned between 2010 and 2016.
