Samu Viitanen

Samu Viitanen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Samu started their career as a Blue Collar Worker at Liedon Pajametalli Oy in 2008 and 2009. In 2008, they also worked as Maintenance Staff at ICB Marketing Oy Ltd. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Process & Copper Pipes Production Team Member at Cupori. In 2012, they briefly served as an Election Official at The City of Pori. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as a Project Engineer at ICB Marketing Oy Ltd. Samu then joined Nipromec Site Services in 2016 as a Project Engineer until 2021. From 2019 to 2022, Samu worked at Nipromec Group, where they held various roles including Key Account Manager and Business Unit Director for Nipromec Oy Ltd, Nipromec Sweden AB, and currently Nipromec Group. Samu'sresponsibilities included providing engineering and consulting services in Finland, Sweden, and abroad, for projects in the fields of energy, construction, mining, pulp & paper, and marine.

Samu Viitanen pursued their education at Satakunta University of Applied Sciences - SAMK from 2009 to 2014. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree with a specialization in Energy Technology.
