Andrew Hench

Andrew Hench has a long and varied work experience. Andrew began their career in 2006 as an Advisor Services Rep at John Hancock. In 2007, they moved on to become a Guest Services employee at The Resort at Pelican Hill. In 2010, they became a Sales & Service Specialist for the #1 online homegoods store, Wayfair. In 2016, they started their own business, Beacon Boat Rentals, where they were the Owner and achieved seasonal revenue of $100k+. Later that year, they became Co-Founder, Order Management, and Operations at Nipy, generating online sales monthly of ~$200k+. In 2012, they became Co-Founder and COO of threadlab, an online personal shopping service for men. In 2019, they became a Fleet Coordinator at Getaround, managing the day-to-day management of fleet vehicle quality and availability. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Amazon as an Area Manager.

Andrew Hench attended Marblehead High School and then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art and Economics from Wheaton College Massachusetts in 2004.
