Susann Rahuul

Susann Rahuul has over 16 years of work experience in the financial services industry. Susann started their career in 2005 as a Collections Executive at HSBC, where they assisted Branch queries and determined collection actions to be taken on delinquent accounts. In 2013, they moved to HDFC Bank as a Deputy Manager Collections, where they analyzed the credit card portfolio and managed an in-bound and out-bound team. In 2014, they joined Ujjivan Financial Services Limited as an Assistant Manager Collections, where they managed and delivered portfolio indicators and facilitated and monitored location recruitments. In 2017, they moved to Home Credit India as a Manager, where they managed 6 team leaders for entire Karnataka and hired and trained field team. Currently, they are working as a Director Collections at NIRA since 2021.

Susann Rahuul's education history includes a B.Sc. in Mathematics from MALABAR CHRISTIAN COLLEGE, KOZHIKKODE, a Pre Degree in Mathematics from Providence Women's College Calicut from 1997-1999, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mathematics from St.Joseph's Anglo Indian Girls High School from 1987-1997.
