Frank de Boer

Frank de Boer is a Process Engineer at NIRAS Nederland since May 2022, with previous experience as a Research Assistant at Wageningen University & Research, where research focused on PDMS microchips and microfluidics. A brief project at Yuniko involved assessing the valorization of cheese whey in Kosovo. Prior roles include a Research and Development Internship at Unilever and a graduation project on membrane filtration at VMEngineering. Additionally, Frank de Boer has interned in process engineering, optimizing operations across multiple dairy factories in the Balkans, particularly in food safety and efficiency. Academically, Frank de Boer earned a Master of Science in Food Technology from Wageningen University & Research and a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences.
