Carsten Toft Boesen

Carsten Toft Boesen is the current CEO of NIRAS, a leading international engineering and consulting firm. Carsten has over 15 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, having previously worked for DTU - Technical University of Denmark, DI - Dansk Industris udvalg for Forskning og Uddannelse, and DHI Institut for Vand & Miljø. During their time at DHI, Carsten served as Formand, and was responsible for the company's transition from a primarily Danish firm to an international one with a strong Scandinavian base. Carsten has also been active in the NIRAS ALECTIA Fonden, a charitable foundation associated with NIRAS. Under Carsten's leadership, NIRAS has continued to grow and expand its reach, becoming one of the most respected firms in the engineering and consulting industry.

Carsten Toft Boesen holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Henley Business School and a Master's Degree in Geology/Earth Science, General from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen.
