Maciej Mielnik currently serves as Process Projects Director at NIRAS, leading integrated design and consultancy for process systems in various industries, including food and beverage and pharmaceuticals. Previously, Mielnik held roles as Project Engineer and Process Projects Director at Lorien Engineering Solutions, managing process design and engineering for hygienic plants, and as Process Project Manager at GP Strategies Poland, overseeing process engineering projects across multiple sectors. Mielnik's earlier experience includes positions at Kraft Foods, FMA, Carsberg UK, and Carlsberg Poland, where responsibilities encompassed project management, process design, and optimization efforts, particularly in the food and beverage sector. Mielnik earned a Master's degree in Chemical & Process Engineering from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
