Saumya's career also includes roles as Training Manager at The Oberoi, Consultant at Chrysalis HRD, and positions in business development and marketing consultancy at Planman Consulting and Connect Consultants. Educational qualifications include a PGDBM in Human Resources from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management and foundational education from Modern School.

We believe in providing technology driven affordable sanitation products and services to help stop open defecation, Conserve Water Resources and Reduce/Stop Water Resource Contamination and Stop Manual Scavenging. We aim to provide security, comfort, and safety during defecation, motivate the use of in-house toilet with our high-quality products. These eco-friendly toilets are easy to install, use, and maintain and require minimal water consumption. Nirgandh, a social impact organization is determined to changing lives significantly by increasing productivity, health, and happiness quotient. We hope to reach this goal by providing high-quality affordable sanitation and water conservation products and services to one and all. We are not just working towards providing the necessary sanitation facilities, but our efforts are directed towards changing the mindset in the long-term regarding sanitation and hygiene. We are initiating this behavioural change by creating awareness and educating people on the importance of good hygiene and sanitation practices. We have been working with Anganwadis, Sarpanches, MFI’s, NGOs, Foundations & Trusts, Government offices, and Agencies, like NRLMs, BDOs’ office.
