Reena Arora

Reena Arora is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer relationship management and sales within the real estate and entertainment sectors. Currently, Reena holds the position of Assistant Manager, CRM at Nirmal Lifestyle Ltd since May 2017, focusing on cross-selling residential properties and managing post-sales queries while conducting market surveys and competitor analysis. Previously, at HDIL from September 2014 to December 2016, Reena served as Assistant Manager, CRM & Sales, where responsibilities included selling properties to diverse clientele and preparing various MIS reports. Earlier experience at HDIL Entertainment Pvt Ltd involved leading sales and operations for game zones and banquets, achieving revenue targets, and implementing customer loyalty programs.
