Neermal Khanna

Neermal Khanna is the current General Manager of Export at Niro Ceramic Group. Prior to this, they were with Ekowood International Berhad as their Assistant General Manager of Export Sales from October 2007 to June 2015. In this role, they were responsible for formulating and implementing an annual business plan for the company in collaboration with subordinate Managers. This included executing sales and marketing plans for each geographic region, including subsidiary, as detailed in the annual business plan. Neermal also oversaw Formulation and implementation of sales management activity in each region utilizing the 4Ps – price, product, channels & promotion to grow sales. In addition, they were tasked with identifying & securing new distributors while managing and growing existing distributors’ activity and revenue for each region.

From July 2015 to October 2020, Khanna worked as Senior Sales & Marketing Manager at Midas Safety Inc. And prior to that, they were Sales & Marketing Manager at ABMT from December 2005 to October 2007.

Neermal Khanna has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from the Graduate School of Management at Universiti Putra Malaysia, and a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Sciences from Univeriti Putra Malaysia. Neermal also attended St. John's Institution, KL.

Their manager is Ian Kok, Managing Director. Some of their coworkers include Tay Keng Chong - GM, Vietnam & Acting Country Head, Phillippines, Bong Kuan Shin - Executive Vice-Chairman, and Zaleha Shafii - Group Finance & Accounts Manager.
