Sweta Palod is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in performance engineering and technical leadership. Currently serving as VP Engineering at NirogStreet since August 2021, Sweta has held prominent roles such as AVP Engineering at the same company. Prior experience includes serving as an Enterprise Technical Architect (Performance) at Blue Yonder and a Sr. Performance Engineer at Change Healthcare. Sweta's career began at Tech Mahindra as a Software Developer, followed by various positions at Infosys, where key roles included Performance Engineering Architect and Technical Project Manager. Sweta holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Bhilai Institute Of Technology and completed high school at Christ Church Girls Senior Secondary School Jabalpur.
