EMMANUELA OTIOTIO is a seasoned professional serving as a Senior Analyst at NIRSAL Connect since June 2016, where contributions include enhancing Board and Committee processes, developing a compliance tracking system achieving 100% satisfaction, and organizing crucial meetings.
