Nkemdilim Eze-Oti is a dedicated professional with a strong background in human resources and business development. Currently serving as a Human Resources Analyst at NIRSAL Connect since March 2021, Nkemdilim has previously held positions in business development and as an HR intern at Sternom Resources and Transcorp Hilton Abuja, respectively. Nkemdilim's administrative experience includes a role as a Secretary at the Ministry of Labour and Employment. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in International Human Resource Management from Rome Business School Nigeria and a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from Covenant University. Nkemdilim is passionate about learning and professional growth.
NIRSAL Connect
The Nigeria Incentive-Based Risk Sharing system for Agricultural Lending (NIRSAL) was launched in 2011 and incorporated in 2013 by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) as a dynamic, holistic USD500 Million public-private initiative to catalyse the flow of finance and investments into fixed agricultural value chains. NIRSAL seeks to address the causes of low funding levels in the agriculture sector, including lack of understanding of the sector, perceived high risks, complex credit assessment processes/procedures, and high transaction costs.
