They have worked as an executive assistant, a protocol officer, and a deputy director of staff in the Air Force, as well as in marketing, business development, and industry liaison capacities in the private sector. They also have a strong educational background, with degrees in leadership and optics from Central Michigan University and the University of Central Florida, respectively.
