Helen Wey

Helen Wey currently serves as the Head of Finance at Nirvana Insurance, where responsibilities include implementing a comprehensive FP&A process, improving financial and operational standardization, and developing effective billing strategies. Prior to this role, Helen was the Vice President of Business Finance at Celonis, focusing on partnering with R&D and G&A executives. During a tenure at Datadog, Helen progressed from Manager to Senior Director of FP&A, leading financial planning and analysis while the company significantly expanded. Previous positions include Investment Banking Associate roles at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, and a Financial Institutions Associate Underwriter position at Arch Insurance Group. Helen holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, an MSc in Comparative Politics from The London School of Economics, and a BA in Government and Spanish from Bowdoin College.
