Katie Morrow

Katie Morrow is currently the Head of People at Nirvana Insurance since April 2024. Prior to this role, Katie served at Podium from September 2017 to April 2024, where titles included Vice President of People Operations, Senior Director of People Operations, and Director of People Operations. During this time, Katie led the team responsible for developing and implementing hiring strategies for a rapidly growing company recognized by industry leaders. Earlier experience includes various recruiting roles at Qualtrics, EY, and Rio Tinto. Katie holds a Bachelor's Degree from Montana State University-Bozeman.
