Riley Nichols

Riley Nichols has a diverse work experience spanning from 2016 to the present. They began their career as a University Advancement Student Assistant at Sonoma State University in 2016 and then interned as a Human Resources Intern at Jackson Family Wines in 2017. Following this, Riley worked as a Corporate Recruiter at SThree from 2017 to 2019. They then joined Chime and held multiple roles, starting as a Sourcer from 2019 to 2020, then as a Recruiter from 2020 to 2022, and finally as a Senior Recruiter for a brief period in 2022. Currently, Riley is working as a Lead Recruiter at Nirvana Insurance, where they are involved in the modernization of the commercial insurance industry through technology and data-driven insights.

Riley Nichols attended Sonoma State University from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a degree in Communication and Media Studies.
