Elisha Carpenter

Elisha Carpenter is an experienced operations manager currently serving at Nirvana Spa since January 2022, with previous roles including Spa Services Manager and Reservations, Front of House & Membership Manager on secondment. From February 2017 to December 2021, Elisha held the position of Area Manager & Academy Educator at Roderick Anthony & The Cutting Bar Ltd, overseeing the development of 11 hair and barber salons across the South of England while also educating apprentices. Prior to that, Elisha managed a new Hairloss Salon in Wokingham as Salon Floor Manager from January 2016 to February 2017, and worked as a Senior Stylist at KHD Hairdressing from September 2009 to January 2016. Currently, Elisha is pursuing a degree in Operations & Departmental Management through The Executive Development Network, commenced in October 2022.
