Marijana Paunovic

Marijana Paunovic has several years of work experience in various roles in the HR field. Starting in 2014, they worked at NIS a.d. Novi Sad, where they held positions such as Head of Recruitment and Selection, HR Business Partner for Sales and Distribution, Head of Section for motivation of employees, Sales and Distribution, Expert for salary management, Specialist for employee motivation, and Associate for variable compensation system. Prior to that, they had internships at Univerexport DOO and Banca Intesa Beograd in 2013 and 2012, respectively.

Marijana Paunovic earned a Bachelor's degree with honours in Economics from the University of Novi Sad - Faculty of Economics between 2008 and 2012. Marijana then pursued a Master's degree in Management at the same institution from 2012 to 2013.
