Marko Djordjevic is an experienced IT Business Analyst and Senior Specialist with a focus on standardization and business process mapping at NIS a.d. Novi Sad since November 2018. Responsibilities include creating consulting services for business process documentation, conducting internal audits, and organizing external audits, along with managing the procurement and distribution of various national and international standards. Previously, Marko held the position of Quality Engineer at Gama Consulting d.o.o., where duties included implementing ISO standards and tracking production errors. Marko holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Nis, and has a background in legal business studies.
