Milan Gradjin

Milan Gradjin is a seasoned drilling technology professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Drilling Technology Manager at NIS Gazprom Neft since December 2019, key responsibilities include planning drilling operations, leading engineering teams, implementing new technologies for cost reduction, and managing drilling risks. Previously, Milan held roles at Geolog International B.V. from May 2008 to December 2019, including Unit Manager and Drilling Data Engineer, where responsibilities ranged from client relations and team supervision to real-time data analytics and reporting. Milan holds a Master's Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Belgrade, completed in 2008, and has a background in science from high school.
