Mirjana Petric

Mirjana Petric has had a diverse range of work experiences since 2008. Mirjana is currently the Head of Group for Development and Corporate Programs at NIS Gazprom Neft since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Erste Banka Srbija from 2016 to 2021, starting as a Training and Development Junior Expert and eventually becoming the HR Training Lead. During their time at Erste Banka Srbija, they implemented learning management and digital platforms, created and maintained HR policies and processes, and was responsible for recruitment and training. Before joining Erste Banka Srbija, Mirjana worked as an HR Consultant Assistant at H.art Development Center from 2014 to 2016, where they were involved in recruitment, selection, and assessment of employees. Mirjana also worked as a Psychological Associate at the Regional Center for Talented Youth Belgrade II in 2014, and as a Psychologist at an International Agency for Babysitting, KOLIBRI from 2012 to 2014. Mirjana has also gained experience in market research as an Associate at GfK from 2011 to 2014 and at Research Agency Centum from 2008 to 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Pediatric Nurse Technician - External Associate at Kindergarten "Dečiji dani" from 2009 to 2011.

Mirjana Petric has a diverse education history. Mirjana completed their Master's degree in Human Resources Management at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2013, they received training as a Psychotherapy adviser under supervision at the "OLI Center" for integrative psychodynamic psychotherapy, counseling, and coaching. In 2007 to 2012, Mirjana obtained another Master's degree in Business Psychology from The Faculty of Legal and Business Studies in Novi Sad.

Additionally, Mirjana obtained several certifications. In December 2022, they received certification from HR World for HR Week 2022. In November 2017, they became a Hogan Assessments Certified User through Hogan Assessment Systems. Mirjana also holds a certification as an O.L.I. psychological consultant, although the institution from which it was obtained is unknown.
