Sanja Plavsic

Sanja Plavsic has extensive experience in organisational development and process efficiency, currently serving as the Head of Process Efficiency Group at NIS Gazprom Neft since December 2012. Sanja has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Head of Organisational Effectiveness Sector and Organisational Development Manager, and has expertise in business planning and employee productivity analysis. Prior to joining NIS Gazprom Neft, Sanja worked as a researcher at the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia in 2012. Sanja holds a Master’s degree in Finance, Banking and Insurance from the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Economics in Subotica, and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from the same institution.
