Serhii P. has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Serhii started their career as a Shift Laboratory Supervisor at Lukoil Odessa refinery in 2001. From there, they moved on to LUKOIL where they worked as a Process Engineer and later became the Head of Sector for Monitoring and Control of Investment Projects. In 2012, Serhii joined NIS a.d. Novi Sad where they took on various roles including Head of Process and Technological Department, Chief Technologist, and Manager of the Technical Directorate - Chief Engineer. Overall, Serhii has demonstrated expertise in process engineering, project management, and leadership.
Serhii P. pursued their education from 1996 to 2001 at Odessa Polytechnic National University. During this time, they earned a Master's degree in Chemical technology and engineering. In addition to their formal education, Serhii obtained several certifications in the field of maintenance, reliability, and project management. In March 2023, they received the Certificated Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) from SMRP, as well as the Certificated Reliability Leader (CRL) from the Association of Asset Management Professionals. Furthermore, in October 2022, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
