Kyle Tiernan

Kyle Tiernan, FMP, serves as the Senior Manager and Head of Facilities at NISA Investment Advisors, LLC since February 2015, and also operates as a Vacation Rental Owner and Superhost for Airbnb since July 2023. Previously, Tiernan held several roles at the University of Northern Colorado, including Assistant Athletic Director for Facilities & Events, where responsibilities included managing event operations for multiple Division I programs and community functions. Additional experience includes serving as Event Manager at Global Spectrum, overseeing arena events and operations, and Director of Athletic Facilities & Events at the University of Northern Colorado, managing athletic facilities and event management. Tiernan earned a Master of Science in Sport Administration from the University of Northern Colorado and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Murray State University.
